A few months ago we had the opportunity to cruise on the beautiful Harmony of the Seas! It certainly did not disappoint! Here are a few pointers before you hop onto your next cruise!
1. Book the cheapest cabin available! We have saved a ton of money by letting Royal assign us a cabin. We were guaranteed an interior, but we were pleasantly surprised when we received a Boardwalk view Balcony room! It was amazing!

2. Make sure to book your excursions early! Unfortunately we booked pretty last minute so the excursions were mostly full. We relaxed on the beaches and did low key activities. We were super bummed because on Cococay all of the private cabanas were sold out. However, the kids had so much fun just diving under the water and finding hermit crabs, fish, and swimming in the amazing pools on Royal Caribbean’s private island. I recommend the hair braiding on the island as well! Since our cruise stopped at their private island early on in the vacation, I wanted their hair to be easily managed while on vacation.

3. Book your shows early!!! I didn’t realize you could book your shows from your phone early on. Make sure to map out which shows you want to see on the ship and get your reservations! We loved watching the water shows from our balcony!

4. Invest in the refreshment package! If you love pop and other soft drinks, virgin daiquiris, buy the package. You can also by it cheaper by purchasing it pre cruise! I love having so many different options for drinks during the week. As a family of 5, someone always wanted a drink of something!

5. If you have kids, check for the sailings that let the kids sail free. This is hands down the biggest savings! @royalcaribbean never offers kids sail free savings during peak times during holidays, but if you have some time during off peak, you will get the best deals!

Thank you so much Royal Caribbean for having us!!!!
